Elms Court on Middlepark is our latest home. Previously known as Middlepark rest home, it is conveniently located on Middlepark Road, next to St Thomas’s high school in Sockburn. We are looking forward to enhancing the culture, once again emphasizing family first. Elms Court on Middlepark has a wide range of services from standard non premium rooms right through to studios and apartments. Something for everyone’s needs and budget.

Richard Deuchrass, Steve’s brother-in-law and co-owner of the new venture, alongside Janet our Clinical Manager lead a experienced team to dedicated staff to oversee the care of our residents.

Elms Court on Middlepark has a wide range of activities to suit all. Immediately outside the premises is a bus shelter waiting to take those who are able anywhere in Christchurch. Furthermore, we also have a van for regular weekly outings. There are many options for the more able such as a short, pleasant walk to Upper Riccarton library, the shops or to the local park.
